What happens here

One command turns a player into Geishia, an android geisha: porcelain skin, lacquered bun, black kimono with gold branches or red kimono with blue petals.

Her face opens in five seconds: four plates lift away, a light wave runs along the red fibres, a wisp of steam escapes from the joints. Everyone around sees it at the same moment. The same command gives the player their exact look back.
